Daily Notes on Poetry & Related Matters

May 16: A day or two ago, some infraverbal fun-stunts with, as I understand it, various weird html codes slid into words with the letter, i, in them. I at once grabbed them to use as the basis of a blog entry. Problem: to reproduce them accurately, I needed to use the html code, which I forgot how to do. I hope Endwar will let me know, or I remember (I know I've done it). Until then, here are six of the i-words from Endwar, the last four accurately reproduced, I believe, the first two inaccurately--but, to me, quite intriguingly:

For some reason, the partly open folder in "point" amuses me a lot, and seems to say something Important about business--and maybe other things. I also particularly like the one at the bottom--mainly, I think, because I've never thought of dotting a capital I, and the flip says something genuinely lyrical about willingness to me, in the context of a Bil, or Bill, becoming a Will.

Before I go, here's my ad again: My April to the Power of the Quantity Pythagoras Times Now is available for the pre-publication price of around $30. You can read about it at Lulu.
