May 16: My latest attempt to enter the BigWorld continues. A little while ago, I wrote another entry for the Schoolwide Website. I think I'm being a bit noticed there, but am not sure. My big plunge of the day was to send a copy of my A StrayngeBook off to Betsy Franco's latest publisher. I have its catalogue, and its books seem similar to mine--crazy/fun books but intelligent/sophisticated. My book seems to have gone over well with just about everyone who has seen it. So, my hopes are up again. (Possibly boosted by the prednisone I'm on--for a pinched nerve in my back that was screwing up my left hip and leg but doesn't seem to be now that I'm medicating.)
